Located on the Talkeetna State Airport, Talkeetna, Alaska

Operations office. 20' x 30' Space for five work stations.
Carpeted, Electric and Oil Heat.

Conference room. 20' x 16'
Carpeted, one large window. 2 phone jacks.
Hangar Bay 50' deep. 60' wide.
Floor drains, water, air, shop laundry.
Two overhead oil heaters.

Chief Pilot Office. 12' x 20' with closet.
(Currently used for storage)

East End. Upstairs conference & office.
Downstairs reception room, flight planning room and presidents office.
Spring time photo of the North side of the building. Window on the far end is the apartment.

Clean Room 10' x 18' Bench on 3 sides. Electric plug bar and pneumatic source server the bench. Outside antenna wire for radio work.

A few of the employee lockers. 11 total in the room. Far door is the apartment. Far right is the bath room with shower.
Additional lockers, washer and dryer back right.

The building was inspected in 2005 by certified engineer and given a clean bill of health and an estimated life span in excess of 30 years.

Apartment kitchen area. Serves as break room.

Mt. McKinley is a huge draw, bringing thousands of people to the airport for flights to see the glaciers and the mountain itself.
